The second Consulting appointment is made once you receive your written report The purpose of monthly appointments is to review and coach our clients on the implementation of the report and how it has progressed.

- STATISTICS & TRENDS which will include a look at your Google PR (page rank), Alexa ranking, business & site trends, conversion to sales, marketing objectives, goods or services which will include your market potential, a suggestion of the resources needed, and a review of projected outcomes.
- STRATEGIC FOCUS AND PLAN which will include a call to action listing, suggestions of proven methods to increase traffic such as auto responders, forms, and sales/promotions. A review of your mission/vision statement(s) which will include goals, keys to mission success, a Web site marketing plan, a target market segment strategy, and a look at the future with a market analysis pie chart.
- SITUATION ANALYSIS which includes an industry analysis/trends, your competitive advantages, a competitor analysis, the current status of prospective competitors, a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis summary, and keys to competitive success.
- MARKETING PROGRAM which will include information gathering, awareness, customer support, leads, and sales. Also included in this chapter is a goods/service comparison work sheet, a market segment analysis, and characteristics of your target customers. The marketing program outlines Search Engine strategies, linking strategies, email strategies, miscellaneous strategies, paid advertising strategies, branding, promotion objectives, and a mix of push (deliver messages to potential customers) and pull (attract Web surfers to your home pages) required, The 4P (product, price, promotion, and place) marketing mix, and any basic design mistakes your Web site might have.
- DATA AND PROJECTIONS which will include techniques to generate repeat traffic, a review of your organization, and an implementation plan which covers direct marketing.
- EVALUATION AND CONTROL which includes ad tracking metrics that covers the click-through rate, the conversion rate, and the marketing cost per sale.
